* Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery.
* Exchanges are accepted within 7 business days.
* Returns or exchanges are only available in case of a manufacturing defect or a significant difference from the product images shown on our website.
* Returns or exchanges are not accepted due to a change of mind, preference, or taste.
* In case of a defect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the product.
* Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. However, if the issue is due to an error on our side, Case Time will cover the shipping costs.
